At the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC), we’re looking for a committed Setup Supervisor to lead and motivate our setup team in making concerts, conventions, and community events unforgettable. As a hands-on leader, you’ll be in charge of planning, organizing, and carrying out the setup of events, making sure they are safe, effective, and of high quality at all times.

Your job, which includes everything from planning procedures to coaching staff, will have a direct effect on the success of events that bring people together and liven up Birmingham’s Uptown Entertainment District.
